Job description
As a member of the management committee, you are responsible for industrial performance and operational transformation at our St-Eustache plant. Your goal: to build an agile, high-performing, and resilient organization capable of supporting strong growth in a custom manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Industrial performance & operational excellence
– Define, monitor, and implement key indicators (safety, quality, costs, deadlines)
– Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, TOC)
– Optimize processes, equipment, and production flows
– Ensure alignment between operations and business objectives - Leadership & team mobilization
– Lead, structure, and develop production, maintenance, and quality teams
– Develop a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation
– Support teams through change and skills development - Strategic vision & transformation
– Rethinking processes and operating methods to increase agility
– Supporting the digital transformation of operations (ERP, MRP, automation)
– Actively contributing to the strategic decisions of the executive committee
Conditions

Profile required
- University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or operations management
- Minimum 10 years professional experience including plant management
- Demonstrated experience in industrial performance improvement
- Mobilizing leadership and change management skills
- Mastery of ERP/MRP tools and performance analysis methods
- Customized knowledge of the manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication skills in French, knowledge of English preferred
