Functions summary
Reporting to the Manager, the Supervisor is a central pillar of our dynamic team project! A key role in planning, managing and supporting the employees under your responsibility, but also with your colleagues. You'll ensure that operations run smoothly in line with your ambitious goals, the company's values and Fene-Tech's innovative philosophy. Visionary who wants to be part of our success.
Responsibilities
- Manage people with pleasure, intelligence, and fairness; Respect the application of the collective bargaining agreement;
- To guarantee the Health and Safety of employees while being exemplary and demanding;
- Mobilize the team to achieve health and safety, quality, deadline, and productivity objectives.
- Ensure that the scheduled plan is carried out on the lines; Work closely with your scheduler and planner;
- Actively participate in the operational excellence process. Be proactive in proposing ideas and taking action.
- In collaboration with the maintenance department, plan and organize factory interventions on production equipment and tools. Participate in the development of budgets and development strategies.
- Oversee the training plan and versatility matrix for your department; Determine staffing needs based on your unit's workload plan;
- Participate in various support tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- 5 years' supervisory experience in an industrial environment;
- Excellent communicator, mobilizing leadership and team spirit;
- College diploma or higher in a relevant field or combination of relevant experience
Requirements
- Team player with a keen sense of observation and action ;
- Be very comfortable with computers and have a taste for technology;
- Familiar with operational excellence approaches, Lean Management;
