Job description
As a member of the management committee, you will be responsible for steering and developing the company's information system to support operational and financial performance, in line with industrial strategy and product customization.
Responsibilities
VIZCO ERP deployment
Plan and coordinate the deployment of the various ERP modules.
Adapt business processes in the ERP to reflect the specificities of customized production.
Provide user training and support.
Data structuring and governance
Set up a coherent, scalable data architecture.
Define common management rules and reference systems.
Guarantee data quality, security and traceability.
Creation of control panels
Design and automate operational and financial dashboards.
Work with business departments to define relevant KPIs.
Integrate data from ERP, CRM and other tools.
Information system evolution
Draw up a roadmap for IS transformation over the medium and long term.
Identify opportunities for technological improvement (cloud, mobility, cybersecurity, etc.).
Manage projects to change systems or integrate new solutions.
Profile required
- Proven experience in IS project management, in an industrial environment, ideally in the
custom production sector. - Mastery of ERP, BI (Business Intelligence) and data architectures.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business teams.
- Organizational skills, autonomy and results orientation.
