Job description

As a member of the management committee, you will be responsible for defining, implementing and managing the company's entire supply chain. Your objective: to build an agile, high-performance supply chain adapted to a fast-growing industrial activity.

Conditions

  • Location: Amqui or Montreal, with travel between sites.
  • Position type: Permanent, full-time. Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Structuring and managing procurement strategy
  • Imagine and deploy the strategy that will drive our supply chain forward.
  • Simplify, organize and digitalize our processes: ERP, KPIs, management tools
    .
  • Be part of Fene-Tech's technological shift: modernize our tools and methods for precise, efficient
    piloting.
  • Purchasing and supplies
  • Structure the purchasing function: raw materials, subcontractors, components.
  • Select and develop a network of reliable, high-performance suppliers.
  • Manage flows and inventories with a clear objective: ensure availability while controlling costs.
  • Plan production with vision and agility
  • Implement high-performance planning systems (MRP, PIC/PDP).
  • Coordinate production needs with the capabilities of our field teams.
  • Anticipate needs, avoid disruptions: be the strategic link between customer demand and our
    industrial capacity.
  • Optimizing logistics and flows
  • Organize internal and external flows: reception, storage, shipping... every step counts.
  • Optimize costs and delivery times while ensuring a high level of service.
  • Manage and supervise our logistics partners as needed.

Your profile

  • Higher education in supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience in an industrial environment (carpentry or made-to-measure would be an asset).
  • 10 years' experience in department management.
  • You like to build, structure and optimize.
  • Master ERP/MRP tools and Lean methods.
  • Natural leadership: you know how to unite your teams and drive projects forward.
