Job description
As a member of the management committee, you will be responsible for the industrial performance and operational transformation of our two plants located in the Gaspé region. Your objective: to build an agile, high-performance and resilient organization, capable of sustaining strong growth in a customized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Industrial performance & operational excellence
Define, monitor and support key indicators (safety, quality, costs, lead times)
Manage continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, TOC)
Optimize production processes, equipment and flows
Ensure alignment between operations and business objectives - Leadership & team mobilization
Leading, structuring and developing supervisors and production, maintenance and quality teams
Developing a culture of empowerment, safety and innovation
Supporting teams through change and skills development - Strategic vision & transformation
Rethink processes and operating methods to improve agility
Support the digital transformation of operations (ERP, MRP, automation)
Contribute actively to the strategic decisions of the executive committee
Profile required
- University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or operations management
- Minimum 10 years professional experience including plant management
- Demonstrated experience in industrial performance improvement
- Mobilizing leadership and change management skills
- Mastery of ERP/MRP tools and performance analysis methods
- Customized knowledge of the manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication skills in French, knowledge of English preferred
